用户进线询问咖啡机操作问题,专员全程展现亲切愉悦及耐心,第一时间致意/致歉,善用「问对的问题」厘清用户情况,沉稳应对用户问题,有条理地引导用户测试机器出水,厘清掌握用户问题实情。
专员有系统地引导用户进行操作,向用户解释造成问题的原因以及解决方案,使用浅显易懂的语言沟通,并能预先想到进而排除用户在操作中可能引发的干扰因素。
解决用户问题后,专员主动进一步向用户说明咖啡机是可以自行设定水量的,并向用户分享自行设定水量的操作方式。用户询问若家中是使用逆渗透的水,是否还需要买除垢剂,专员除了回复用户问题,还主动提供除垢剂的购买方式,并针对其延伸问题(如使用除垢剂是否会残留异味)也提供相关说明。
用户后续于满意度调查留下赞美语句「耐心讲解,亲切指导,手把手的指引我,让我一步一步操作解决机器的问题」。
本案优秀表现,获评审委员一致青睐,同意颁予卓越服务奖项,以兹鼓励。
