[Service Excellence ] Winner of October 2022 – Huawei Taiwan, Ariel Chen

此為OB案件,用戶購買華為手錶欲與他自已的三星手機配對,專員先前已用簡訊提供手錶的配對下載連結。本案為專員OB關心用戶有無收到簡訊。

長達21分鐘的通話,專員全程表現耐心親切。外撥前專員有先以自己手機測試,並在通話過程中,展現積極傾聽,問對的問題,逐步收集線索,分析各種可能性,而成功釐清問題根因。

過程中,專員逐步排查造成用戶問題的因素,引導用戶操作,即使用戶使用的是第三方手機(非本專案品牌),專員仍盡力給予協助,展現責任承擔。

順利解決問題時,用戶喜不自勝,大呼「可以了!Oh Ya!服務超好的!」,展現專業服務,儘管如此,專員仍致歉占用到用戶時間,展現品牌大使風範。

電話尾聲,用戶又再次稱讚專員的表現「非常完美」、「你們服務真的很好,可以按多少1分(最滿意)我都會按給你!你們有電話錄音嗎?我必須稱讚陳小姐你的服務真的非常好,謝謝你,非常感謝!」,充分展現網訊卓越精神,殊堪嘉許,經評審委員一致認可,同意頒發卓越服務獎項予專員。

在網訊一路以來學了很多溝通技巧,讓我從生澀的應對,到可以迅速理解客戶問題,還提供客戶超出預期的服務。

記得當時客戶來電詢問的問題較不常見,但我還是不斷得提醒自已”一步步釐清客戶問題別慌張”,當最後排除問題真的很有成就感!!

最後也謹記網訊心法中-I own the problem,主動回電關懷客戶是不是問題有再發生,聽到客戶打從心底的開心時,我也深刻感受到了服務的價值。

得到卓越服務奬真的是給我很大的鼓勵,未來也會持續秉持暖心服務的精神,不管在任何領域都可以傳遞給我所服務的用戶最溫暖、專業的服務體驗。
