客戶進線文字客服,想申請洗衣機清潔及居家大掃除等兩項清潔服務,專員主動提出可以直接幫客戶預約(客戶亦可自行到官網申請),並順利承接執行幫客戶預約的任務。

在長達一小時的服務過程中,專員回應迅速、有條不紊、思慮周全,卓越表現經評審委員一致認可,同意頒發卓越服務獎項予專員,以茲鼓勵。
