很幸運獲得這次的殊榮,非常感謝公司和主管的肯定!給了我很大的鼓勵。

在這次與客人互動的過程中,我遇到了一個停修的咖啡機有狀況。引導客人排除故障並提供解決方案。雖然是我們的服務日常,但客人能夠感受到我們對服務的用心,已經讓我覺得很滿足了。

這段時間的客戶服務經歷給予了我很多收穫,面對客戶提出的問題,像柯南抽絲剝繭找出關鍵的問題所在,像秘書瞻前顧後提供超乎預期的服務,像拆炸彈專家面對有情緒性客人時冷靜沉穩的應對,並努力朝著像蔡康永的智慧和說服力來解決問題,不僅改變了我以往的處事思維,甚至延伸到生活裡。一切都還在學習的道路上,也謝謝所屬的團隊,主管的領導、同事間互相幫忙,陪伴著我關關過。
